I have recently become quite addicted to sleep meditations. For a change, I decided to leave my usual YouTube random discoveries and dive into this breathing meditation audiobook. Within minutes, the music combined with the narrator’s voice had me in a trance. I am really enjoying this one and actually look forward to going to bed, knowing that I will undoubtedly succumb to a deep and peaceful slumber.

I often have a very hard time getting myself to sleep. My mind is always rushing from the events of the day and what I have to get done tomorrow. I often have to have the TV on to numb my mind enough which drives my wife nuts.

With this book, it had us both out cold in minutes.

There really should be a warning on the cover... **DO NOT USE WHILE OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY**

Sleep is really important for our health and productivity, but unfortunately most people do not get good quality nor quantity of sleep. Do these breathing exercises everyday before bedtime to get a good quality sleep, you'll feel so much better the next morning.

This guided breathing meditation does exactly what I need it to do—help me focus on my breath and nothing else. I like that the author/reader pauses at the end of each small section. I think those spaces of no talking help me fall asleep.
