ASPEN, NO BOUNDARIES is set in storied Aspen Colorado in the Spring. It follows the adventures of two young California women on vacation and the diligence of Aspen's savvy Police Chief Anna Petro. Petro is tenacious in her efforts to track down one or more murderers and is faced with a series of incidents and finds--innocent, as well as not so innocent discoveries-- of increasing complexity concerning people who'd disappeared around Aspen over the past year or more. Petro uses search teams, drones and even a K-9 search asset by the name of Sherlock to assist in the cases. No one concerned knows why or how the missing people had disappeared until an odd series of human remains, belongings and trace evidence begin to be found in and around Aspen, its mountain trails and rivers, after the snow begins to melt.
