Lou talks about a party he was at for St. Patrick's Day. Lou insults Mrs Abbott. Lou talks to Susan about perfume. Lou wants to borrow Bud's car, but he does not have a license. They go to get Lou a license. He gets in the car to take a test. He gets a ticket. Lou ends up in jail and is sentenced to death.
