Good story

Nothing super unique or exciting. The story is predictable at times. The narrator does a great job giving it life.

This is a great story with a smart boy and girl would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes mystery books.

Not a children's book!

Although some reviews have said that they thought this a children's book, I totally disagree. What these children have been through would probably give them nightmares for years and is a mother's worse fear.
Now that said, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The kids are great (no spoilers.) There are bad people out there, this book shows just one and a lot of really good folks too.
