Wisconsin 1955. Air Force radar detects an Unidentified Flying Object and sends a P-89 Scorpion fighter jet to investigate. Once they arrive at the location, the pilot reports a bright light above him before their jet disappeared from radar. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) is the investigative branch of the United States Air Force. Within the OSI, is a small group of agents charged with investigating UFO reports. Sometimes referred to as Men in Black, these men are assigned to PROJECT BLUE BOOK.

Special Agent Conner Price is tasked with finding the truth. But will the religious cult living in the back woods be receptive to his presence? Will the female journalist hunting for the story of a lifetime compromise his investigation? More importantly, can he find out who abducted Scorpion 6 and its two-man crew?
