Listen to this before sleeping or after long workday. Great guided meditation! Would recommend to all.

Outstanding Material that Works!!!

I've downloaded a lot of Self Developments audiobooks and found them to work wonders! The attached reading material is excellent too... When I listen to the relaxing voices of the narrators and their soothing accompanying music, I feel totally relaxed and exhilarated. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Just what it says

I have always enjoyed the tapes from these authors. Not only do there CDs do what they say they will do but there easy to download and use guide books help out as well. I have many books by these authors and enjoy every one of them! Worth every penny!

I like their method, but they need to vary it

Lyndall Briggs has a soothing voice, and she should do her own hypnosis series... she'd have a big winner! Gary Green is okay, but he sounds like Mr. Infomercial, including on the audio. I do listen to their audios, but my biggest complaint is that every one you buy has the SAME relaxation script. They don't vary it! You go down the same floors in the same building, on the same "esculator" (must be an Australian pronunciation). Get one of their audios, but not all of them, or you'll hear the same thing again and again. NOTE TO LYNDALL BRIGGS: We're waiting to hear from you solo!!
