I am a fluent in English but I learned a lot from this book and can hopefully teach others.

Not very useful to me

Has nothing to do with American accent. The author scan the standard sounds in any english and missing the basic differences between standard English and American English. I was looking for specific way to sound water and butter and he did not even included this weird sound.
