As an emerging Philanthropy Manager, I can say this book was an absolute must in establishing a broad and solid foundation in the subject. I am sure more advanced development leaders will also learn considerably since the book contains valuable info on fundraising's many angles.

This is the primary resource for CFRE preparation. I found it helpful to accompany the physical book while I studied. The narrator speaks slowly so I listened at 1.25 speed.

I really wanted to listen to the entirety of this book for professional development. Unfortunately, the voice of the reader made that difficult. Inflection, pronunciation, and robotic tone caused me to give up on listening.

Valuable information, unappealing narrator voice

I was hoping to enjoy a lecture-like experience by listening to this book instead of reading it, but yikes, Chris Sorensen's voice is so nasal and whiny. I can't imagine listening to 24 hours of him. Really disappointed that I wasted a purchase on this audible.

Wow, what an annoying voice.
