In the shadows of global power, trust is a luxury and betrayal is the ultimate weapon.

After a terrorist bomb destroys his family and his career, veteran CIA officer Grant Hunter drifts aimlessly from one temporary assignment to another. When he is called to the seedy back streets of Bangkok to investigate the death of a fellow CIA officer, Hunter unexpectedly uncovers evidence that a KGB mole has been operating for decades within the highest levels of the U.S. government. Soon he is thrust into a race against time to unmask the traitor before it is too late. From the red-light district of Bangkok to the marble corridors of Washington, D.C., Hunter’s pursuit of the truth will lead him into a deadly game where nothing is as it seems and no one can be trusted.

With blistering pace, a rising body count and razor-sharp authenticity, Admit Nothing brings listeners inside the secretive world of international espionage, where loyalties are fluid and a single misstep can have deadly consequences. A pulse-pounding debut novel from former CIA officer Scott Urbach, this thriller will keep you guessing until the final tick.

I really enjoyed the audiobook version of Admit Nothing by Scott Urbach. The story pulls you in right away. It’s thrilling, suspenseful, and keeps you guessing without ever feeling overcomplicated.

The voice acting really brings it to life. The narrator does a great job capturing the tone of the story, calm and thoughtful in the quieter moments, then picking up energy when things get more intense. It feels easy to listen to and keeps you engaged the whole way through. There are a lot of characters and the voice acting brings each one of them a special personality.

If you like a mix of government thriller, sharp writing, and strong narration, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a listen. It works really well as an audiobook. I was hooked.

Very much highly descriptive as if your in the room with the characters. it was not a sit on the edge of your seat book, but kept me listening. It had CIA true history snippets that was fun to learn about. Recommend.
