I listen to these affirmations daily, sometimes several times a day. The music is perfect for the spoken word and Denise's voice is reassuring and comforting. I find that her gentle reminder of all things good is an excellent way to begin my day, or take a break with during a stressful day.

What other book might you compare Affirmations for Living an Empowered Life to and why?

The Moses Code Meditation is a music only "book." It is also very uplifting and regenerative.

Uplifting

It's really easy to listen to, really flowing, great messages. I've been trying to learn how to meditate (and feel good from it) and struggling. I bought this audible too kind of as an alternative. I feel great after listening to it especially if I listen to it while walking. Tomorrow, I think I'll try meditating after listening to this on my walk :)
