omg. That was gross. I LOVED IT! I've read and listened to a few of Ash's books. I have not been disappointed.

the appropriate amount of porn and gore

as a guy, this book was better than I was expecting. it gave reverse "the crow" vibes and it wasnt too overdone with porn. idk how the girls will like this but ill be stalking the reviews to see.

My first splatterpunk horror and I'm hooked!

I'm a long time fan of horror, gore, fantasy, scifi, etc., so when this was recommended I knew I'd give it a try, and it did not disappoint. The level of gore makes this good, the creativity in which it's used makes it great. The characters are believable, the narration is spot on with who's speaking, and you can see yourself in their shoes doing what they do. MC makes a choice and sees it through, grows from it, reclaiming a part of himself, and despite the supernatural "everyone is a bad guy", you root for MC. I will absolutely read this authors other work. You should too

Revenge is a dish best served cold and brutal and bloody.

Great lil story. Super effed up. Bloody and gorey and disturbing af but also a fun Lil revenge tale with a taste of the supernatural. Definitely check it out if you're into extreme horror! Narrator was a bit annoying because he kept mispronouncing words but it's no big deal and was otherwise quite good.

I didn't see ANY of this coming!!

This is the first time i am listening to the author and narrator. The story is one twist and turn after another and the narrator does a great job of making each character stand out on their own. HIGHLY entertaining and the scenes cut deeeeep. I would definitely read something by the author again!!
