This was ok, the idea was there, but as someone who is going through a tough time, I found it a bit lengthy and hard to follow. When your headspace is like this (very disrupted and grief riddled), concentration is hard and I think perhaps a more basic approach might be required.

This is probably better for someone who has a bit of experience with meditation.

I couldn't listen to this audio recording, I found it triggering.The woman's voice had an edge and commanding feel to it in sections that made me really uncomfortable. I think this sort of thing should go over the top to be soothing and safe, and this recording didn't make it. Sorry, I wanted to like it, but I didn't.
