After the Fallout is another fantastic post-apocalyptic saga which features Rob, Bobby, Claire, Alejanro, Lydia, Sophie, and Danny who experience an EMP disaster in different ways. Lydia and Danny, a copilot, are aboard a plane which crashes into a lake in a forested area. Claire and Alejanro set out on foot to find her pregnant sister Lydia and come upon a character named Malloy who claims to be a forest ranger and offers to help in the search. Rob is the grandfather of Bobby, and father of Claire and Lydia, who owns a cabin which is complete with a long term supply of food. The characters all interact with one another as they are confronted with the breakdown of civilization, bounty hunters, rogue Militias, wilderness, and wild animals. This audio book will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Great Listen!!

I loved listening to this book. It was very engaging and interesting. I definitely enjoyed the different perspectives from each character.

Lydia seems like a meek woman until push comes to shove.

Claire and Alejo have an interesting relationship.

Rob is your typical prepper dad and Bobby is a sweet kid.

I really enjoyed this book. Definite must read.

Kept the tension high w/o losing the human side!

I really enjoyed After the Fallout by Grace Hamilton, and Sylvia Gonçalves does a fantastic job bringing the story to life. The premise of an EMP attack collapsing the West Coast while Claire searches for her sister Lydia, who is stranded after a plane crash and carrying a dangerous secret, kept the tension high without losing the human side of the story. Hamilton and Gonçalves are a perfect combo and I am excited to continue the Survivors of the New Dawn series.

Great audiobook

Very enjoyable audiobook with great narration. I really enjoyed the characters and story line. Narrator was excellent.
