A self help book meant to actually help people. I give a pretty stern look into alcohol abuse in this book. From my story “Destruction By Alcoholism”, which helps in different ways. For example, those who don’t understand addiction, might be able to understand more. As well as people who can relate to it.

When I needed help, I couldn’t relate to any sort of literature. So what i did, was write a book, that my former self could have actually related to. I felt like most self help books on the topic, we’re failures. Either the author fails to understand the topic themselves, or they just throw advice, no matter how bad, hoping you get it. Me however? I prefer to help one understand, and also figure out! You cannot just throw advice at a problem, if the person you are advising, doesn’t even understand the problem. Plus what if your support system fails to even understand addiction? How could they help you?

I try my best to give the best advice I can, and I also try to help you understand the problem. There will be no false promises, and I won’t lie to you, alcohol abuse is a massive problem, I won’t sugarcoat it. I’m not a self help author for the money, just compare my book cost, to another self help book, and you will see that. My goals as a self help author, is to actually, and I mean actually, HELP. If you choose this book, or another, i want to wish you the best of luck, and of course, good health!
