Practical, Actionable Advice for Building Better Teams

This is without a doubt the best book I’ve ever read about how to manage and work on teams. What really stood out to me is how practical the advice is - this isn’t a management book filled with vague theories that sound good but are hard to apply in real life. Instead, the author breaks down concrete ways to communicate better, delegate more effectively, and build a culture where people actually want to contribute and do their best work. I finished the book with several ideas that I can start implementing right away in my own office. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who manages people or wants their workplace to function better.

Ben Sachs has written a standout entry, telling lawyers and law firm leaders how they can built legal teams that work. Having been in the legal industry for nearly two decades, I’ve seen far too often how things can fail, so it’s great to see examples of how things should work.
