I love this little town. the stories are nice and short while capturing you heart. can't wait to read the rest of these.

This short story is the perfect lead up to Valentine's Day. Amadea and her cousin go to the Witches Brew pub after a long day at their florist. Valentine's is always busy and it's time to relax. Percival, an town officer, is sent to the pub for security since it's such a busy day. Lucky for him, he has always loved Amadea, so seeing her there is a plus as long as her cousin Esmeralda doesn't try to monopolize him. Will these two shy people find their way to each other? Give this quickie a listen. Narrated by Robin Waters, you will find yourself left with a smile on your face.

hearts and flowers

A lid for every pot! Two inept people find a connection and decide to be truthful with each other about their attraction. I liked this couple's honesty with each other. Life is too short mot to pursue your dreams. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this story and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job.

Charming Romance Quickie

This romance is short, even by novella standards, just about 1/2 hour in audiobook format. As I've often said in reviews, I think short-form romance is more challenging to write well than longer-form novels, as the author just has so much to cram into the short word real estate. However, in this case, the author did a good job. Wisely, she chose to constrain the time period in which the story takes place, focusing on a key event on Valentine's Day. The hero and heroine had both nurtured what they thought was unrequited love for the other, but when he comes to her rescue on Valentine's Day, will they admit how they feel? You'll have to read or listen to the book to find out!
