I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I've struggled myself in comparing myself to others in the workforce. It's time to focus on myself. Chasing someone else's life is a joke. Phil uses common sense and data to get you out of your set ways and onto your own path to success and happiness.

I really enjoyed this book and how relatable it was not just for dealing with people in workplace but it also helped with personal relationship. Plus, I was able to get through it really quickly. Listened on 1.5x and still got all the info. I really like the research the author did… I kind of want to hang out this this guy! Haha.
