Great advice on teaching men to be men. Respect yourself and keeping a masculine frame to keep attraction. Also, to be content as a men even of it means the possibility of being alone.

great book on learning female nature

learning a lot of information in this book, before I stumbled across ams videos and now books I was unaware what blue pill/red pill was, I was clueless on female nature. this is helping me a lot. I listened to it fully all the way through now I'm on my second time listening to the book and I plan on continuing to listening to it all the way through many more times
