Lyle Baxter is the newest managing partner and the rising star in his suburban Dallas investment firm.

A most eligible bachelor, Lyle rarely dates, as his tastes do not coincide with the lifestyle pursuing glamour and wealth. And although he will not allow himself to date a coworker, he has long been hopelessly attracted to his fetching assistant, Misty.

And Misty knows his feelings about mixing work and romance. Besides, how could she ever bring herself to tell him about the kinky romantic fantasies regarding Lyle that she holds in her heart and mind?

However, Misty and two of her attractive coworkers are facing personal financial stresses, and one day the possibility surfaces of embezzling some commission funds from Lyle’s account. What the three women did not know was that their conversation was being inadvertently recorded, discovered by accident the next day by Lyle.

Lyle does not want to report them to the authorities and ruin their careers, but he wants to reinforce to them the seriousness of what they had been considering.

The three women listen in stunned silence as Lyle orders them to report to his home every Wednesday for the next three weeks to spend some time across his knees. And as for Misty, her fantasy, along with other yearnings of restraint and obedience, are finally realized. But will Misty and Lyle be able to put the uncovered plot behind them, and what effects will the surprising turn of events have on the lives of the others?
