An Ideal Husband is an 1895 comedy by Oscar Wilde which revolves around blackmail and political corruption, and touches on the themes of public and private honor. The action is set in London, and takes place over the course of 24 hours.

Together with The Importance of Being Earnest, it is often considered Wilde's dramatic masterpiece and is one of his most frequently produced plays.

Chris Marcellus will put you to sleep, his voicing is so dull and without emotion, when Robert has some of the most expressive lines in the entire play. Elizabeth Klett is lovely as always. Ben Lindsey-Clark is Lord Boring. Alan Weyman was alright.

The other version is far superior, although it is slightly abridged.
