I wrote this book to share what has worked for the people I have been fortunate enough to coach, and for myself. My goal is to start the listeners of the book - especially the ones who are new to self-acceptance - on the lifelong journey of self-acceptance and self-love.

This book contains exercises and reflections to help you exfoliate the years of self-neglect that makes joyous living impossible.

By the end of the book, you will understand that the defense mechanisms we unintentionally deploy to protect ourselves are what keeps us disconnected from the world and ultimately from ourselves. You will be able to use radical self-acceptance to let go of unhealthy coping mechanisms.

An intended side effect of listening to this book is an increased capacity for vulnerability, self-esteem, confidence, joy, optimism, and a will to take meaningful action.

There is a meditation program presented at the end of this book. You may choose to begin it at any time, prior to or right after finishing this book. The 30-day program will allow you to integrate what you have learned in the book into your daily life.

Let’s rock and roll.

I like the meditations, and what they’re bringing up for me, namely more love and acceptance of myself than before!
