I liked all the explanation of the different types and ways of prayer. I will be going to this information more often now that I have been exposed.

Excellent introduction to prayer!

This is a well thought out introduction to prayer and a deep dive into the types and practices of prayer that lead one into a deep abiding love in and with God. Bishop Barron discusses plenty of paths that lead to beatitude. Follow these paths on your sojourn to our Lord, Jesus Christ. If you simply follows this plan of prayer, it will be almost impossible not to become holy. God love you.
