Very predictable story

Not a lot of depth to characters or story. Her other books were better. Easy read

Worth the wait

I look forward to every Leonie Mack novel narrated by Karen Cass. I pre-order them and count down the days until they are released, devouring in one long read. I loved the setting of this book and the adventure side of the romance. A wonderful way to spend a spring day. Now, I just have to wait for the next novel.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE all of Leonie Mack's books!!! I've listened to literally EVERY book on Audible in this genre - Modern Love Stories based in Italy (but w/ NO HISTORY & NO MURDER twist b/c those seems to also be a sub-genre of love stories in Italy - but are not my thing). And in the Modern Love Stories based in Italy genre -- LEONIE MACK is TOPS!! So is the story based in Paris and Spain. Leonie writes with such depth, humor and emotion I never want the books to end!! And typically narrated by Karen Cass - they are delivered to utter perfection!!! My only complaint: It's torture waiting for new ones to be written!!!!

Amazing Narrator, OK Story

Loved the narrator and the author!! The storyline was just okay and seemed a bit unlikely to ever happen in real life which made the story feel unrelateable. Overall it was still good, not great.
