Miss Emma Kay, wishes to embrace the world of art and painting rather than become someone's wife. However, when she agrees to meet the Duke of Westbridge, out of respect for her father, she begins to see that maybe love isn't so scary after all…

When Julian Durant discovers that the Westbridge Court is on the brink of bankruptcy, he reluctantly entertains the idea of marrying for money, although he despises the notion. Yet, when he meets Emma, his life is turned upside down…

When their worlds collide, Emma and Julian learn that perhaps love is worth a second chance. As Emma battles her mistrust, Julian's own past comes back to haunt him in the shape of an old affair... Will they manage to create a future where love reigns supreme?

I hate writing reviews, I just never have that much to say. However seeing as though the only review on this book was a 3 star review and I found that to be extremely unfair as there is absolutely nothing wrong with this book I decided to rate it a 5 star to bring it closer to what it actually should be. If I were to rate it myself I would have put it around 4.4 book to be fair.
