Alaska becomes ground zero for an electromagnetic pulse.

On a seemingly innocuous spring day, police officer Eva Bekhor puts on her uniform, leaves her family farm, and heads to Anchorage for her daily commute. A bright light flashes in the sky, and her world is flipped upside down. Trapped in a crippled city, Eva bounces between her duty to the state and her obligations to her family. Unknown enemies rise from ashes intent on destroying everything and everyone she holds dear. Winter slowly creeps over the state. Anarchy abounds. Does Eva have what it takes to survive? Do you?

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! good overall

mindless greed

This story reminds me of the battle between Russia and the Ukraine present day. Power hungry,. gutless , automaton greed motivated Russia while innocents are left to defend their lives. This was difficult to hear. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.
