The Darkness will strike again.

The last time Carl, Volka, and 6T9 fought the Dark, 6T9 failed Volka. If he wants her and all the carbon-based life forms that he loves to survive, he needs to change. Change is as easy as flipping a switch for an android, but dealing with the consequences is not so simple.

In order to save Volka, he’ll have to give up a part of himself that Volka adores. He’ll need to become something an innocent, peace-loving sex ‘bot was never designed to be...something he despises.

To save Volka and the galaxy he’ll need to become Android General 1.

This book is fantastic and part of a larger story that is so thought out and brilliant. The next book is already out, but I'm trying to hold out until it's on here... don't know if i can wait that long though-- I want more!!

Amazing story

Each book in this series makes me love C Gockel's writing more and more. Excellent narration and original storytelling, the Archangel Project Unuvetse is one of my absolute all-time favorites. Space Opera? YES, Please!!

C. Gockel is a masterful storyteller and writer with a great sense of timing and humor.
The whole series (7 plus books so far) is wonderful - engrossing, dramatic, sweet, and funny.
The drama is compelling, and the tension created is just right. (Even someone with a high level of anxiety - like me - probably won't be overwhelmed by it.)
There is also a generous amount of comic relief. The furry telepathic werfel (check spelling) and his friends ensure it. *The narrator's vocal depiction of Carl Sagan (not the human) is a delightfully comedic highlight.
PS. For those who are sensitive, don't be put t off by the sex bot character; it's not that kind of story. In the early books in the series, he's both very sweet - natured and hilariously inapproproate, but never threatening. The later development of his character and his story arc is deeply human. Superb writing and narration. Well done!

Engaging and seamless writing with excellent narration.
