A missing ledger. Generations of deception. One last chance to uncover the truth.

Former corporate lawyer Rebecca Winters has built a quiet life in Seabreeze Cove, running her antique shop, Timeless Treasures. But her early release from prison comes with strings—protect historian Thomas Burke from dangerous collectors seeking a legendary Gold Rush ledger holding secrets that could reshape modern mining practices.
Following cryptic patterns hidden in family heirlooms and historical landmarks, Rebecca and Thomas unravel a web of deception spanning generations. From hidden workshops to high-society auctions, they race to find the ledger before it falls into the wrong hands.

With Rebecca’s sharp eye for forgeries and Thomas’s historical expertise, they make a formidable team—if they can overcome their complicated past. But as they decode century-old secrets, Rebecca realizes the most valuable treasures might be hiding in plain sight: redemption, purpose, and a second chance at love.

Perfect for fans of Ellery Adams and Amanda Quick, this cozy mystery blends historical intrigue, romance, and small-town charm in a picturesque coastal setting—where the past is never truly buried.

Step into Seabreeze Cove and uncover the secrets hidden beneath its waves—before history is rewritten forever.

I couldn't finish it. The voice monotone was bearable but the story was so repetitive and the characters so innocuous and predictable that I just couldn't wade through it. I wanted to like it but it was really not good.
