I'm currently looking for new ways to be happier and calm her as life is been stressful for me lately and been able to go through this audio book and learn about different ways to practice along with taking notes and get myself in the right frame of mind is helpful. I also learned that what you eat affects your body and how you feel so very important to eat the right foods.
