chapter 8 and 12 was repeated in one of his other books, but it was a good read

Nothing mind blowing

I liked this short book but there was nothing particularly new here, you'd be better off going to YouTube and watching How To Beast's content. He basically says all of this just over multiple videos. I do particularly like the confidence boosting steps he lays out though in this book

Common sense

It inspired me because it was thoughtful and intelligent. He convinced me to approach, approach, approach!
