He has no brothers or sisters and is just old enough to go outside to play by himself. Being a very lonely little spider, Archie decides that he needs some friends, and so his adventures begin by seeking to make friends first with the children that live next door, and then with the other animals that inhabit his neighbourhood. This is a series of short bedtime stories to entertain your children, and also to help alleviate any unnatural fear of spiders and other ‘creepy crawlies’ that they may have.
