Great story

I have all of the stories by this author. All are well written. This one is my fave cuz not afraid to tackle some difficult topics.

The Start of a Great Series

I love stories of Alaska. Griffin is a bear of a man who doesn’t do people. River is a former model who became a world traveler trying to heal his demons. Having to act as tour guide for a photo journey of Alaska is a way for Griffin to meet River and possibly connect with life. A sweet romance and performance. Recommend.

Great story

Great story? Glad they came to a common ground with their issues. A great love story.

Building Something New

Griffin seems to be closed off but River is able to make a connection. They both have things from their past that gives them a shared connection. What seems like a holiday romance has a the potential for more. It takes a lot of figuring things out and working on self but they are headed in the right direction.

Heart. Tenderness. Vulnerability. Heat.

I don’t know what I was expecting. I always enjoy Annabeth Albert stories. They leave me a feel-good smiling heart when the story is over. This one was no exception. Still somehow it surprised me. The tenderness. The sensuality. Two damaged souls who are more ok together than apart. Not cured of their ails, but better. Settled. Safe with each other.

So worth a credit.

And not to bury the lead, but this book has quite possibly the most sensual sexy scene I’ve ever read.

Cooper North’s narration, more gentle and understated, is perfect for these characters. Excellent.

I’ve been told there are even better things later in the series, so I’m off to download the next book.
