It's a fun book with a plot that goes beyond just fighting in the arena. I've read most of Delany's books and I always enjoy them.

Amazing Story

As usual Joseph Delaney wrote an outstanding novel. The story line and how it is progressed is amazing.

I was skeptical at the beginning thinking it's just another Roman arena story, but it opened up into another world I quickly fell into. If you haven't read this book or experienced Joseph Delaney's story telling, then you haven't started your own adventure yet. Enjoy and see you soon in the arena!!

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Like all of Joseph Delaneys books I was totally taken. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the book and never once lost intrest. The narration also added to this book by giving the characters their own life. Audible 20 review sweepstakes entry.
