Bait & Switch

If you are expecting a glimpse at the movie coming out, an action comedy, you will be woefully dissapointed. The begining seems like a love letter to Russia. The narration awful and monotone. Location and time jumps that make absolutely no sense other than to move plot along.

I've never said this before, but I think the movie will be better than the book.

Lack Luster Story; Awful Performance

The story was ok. The performance….was just terrible. Constant mispronunciations and a weird attempts to embody masculine military communications made the whole thing feel like an awkward high school production.

Classic Spy Story

Loved trying to piece together who the mole was throughout the story. I also loved the way they introduced the characters in a way that made you not want it to be any of them nor did you really suspect any of them either. Some of the geography descriptions were a bit hard to follow, but overall the story was great!

Read because there was a movie

I don’t see how it relates to the trailer of the movie. Narrator mispronounces words like Semper FI and Soviet.

Boring narration

Maybe it’s better if you read the physical book? I was so bored. It’s narrated like the first audio book ever made… full and lifeless
