One of the greatest self-improvement books ever written and now available here in audio format. For anyone who wants an enriched life and an existence with meaning this is a must listen manuscript. Allen’s teachings make absolute sense: ‘A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts’.

This is a classic book written AND narrated by James Allen. Valuable information for everyone, no doubt.
And how lucky we all are to have the actual author reading it to us. There are, however, a few reviewers that don’t understand that the recording of this material happened so long ago... and therefore is not like the audible standards of today.
For those that want to expand your thinking...well, here it is.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I'm sure this book would be a good read. The content is good but I didn't enjoy the reader. It was difficult to listen to and stay focused.

Good content but hard to listen to...
