Any resemblance to current reality... learn to read between the lines.
Inspired by "The Bathroom Metaphor" theorized by Isaac Asimov, this short fantasy fiction immerses us with repulsion and visceral humor in a tale of hopelessness regarding the fate of our manipulated mass societies and the future of our planet. Brutal and disgusting, this story for strong stomachs reveals the growing depravity of humanity driven by individual needs in a world that, due to our demographic explosion, is becoming increasingly cramped in space and natural resources.
The manifestations of crisis-stricken societies occur today in Hong Kong, France, Barcelona, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, and throughout Latin America. If you live in a tumultuous country, you may notice widespread similarities.

SYNOPSIS
A group of freshly graduated Sociology students, lovers of the cultures and traditions of isolated peoples, embarks on a backpacking trip through remote areas of the Andes Mountains in northern Argentina, near the borders of Bolivia and Chile. In the midst of a hostile road and an unpleasant situation, they must urgently seek refuge in a sudden hostel that appears out of nowhere, as if by magic... or science fiction. What will happen to these poor souls may prove somewhat enlightening and in poor taste. Yet, in that bad taste, you will understand the desperate reality, the urgency faced by societies and individuals seeking to change their fortunes when resources run out and laws tighten... sometimes changing their societies for the better, and other times without realizing it’s for the worse.
