A great collection of talks on dying

I when I was training in Buddhism I was taught to look at death now! I’d never thought of death before and this was new. When I ran into this training again in the Free Masons I was prepared for it. I found it liberating to meditate on death and dying. This has caused me to resolve all ‘issues’ with people in my life. Here Deepak answers questions about death and the importance of accepting it. All the great teachers have told us to except death and not fear it. Enjoy this journey here on this world or this plain of existence. Listen to this book and it will help you. I haven’t listened to any of the other books by Deepak on this subject. Maybe after this I will, but after talking to others who have I and with my background I probably won’t.

Get this book if you are struggling with loss

He is not going to fix you but help you understand what you are going through and relieve any anger or guilt you find yourself toiling over. Sometimes we just need a thoughtful perspective to help us feel a little bit better. It is difficult to understand what we are going through when they are buried under so much emotion and Depak's perspective is gentle and thoughtful.
