Easy to follow

I have always felt the need to up my
Association Management Excellence skills but I have never had a good chance to do so. I finally thought I should get a book to listen it from and I find myself with this book. When I started the book, I had hoped there will be illustrations inside to help me understand better what the author would be explaining in the book ad there it was.

Excellent

Association Management is useful because it provides a good background on "factors" that are persistent over the long-term and it promotes portfolio rebalancing. But, these are really old ideas for serious students of finance. In addition, the book fails on practical implementation .good book !

The decisions and regular actions that MUST be taken are outlined in the book. Every newly elected board member should listen and pay attention to the discussion about these consistent actions. Carefully consider the discussion on reserves!
