Laura Kirman's narration is perfection, expertly weaving together the complex narrative threads. The investigation into the missing person's case is both captivating and puzzling, with unexpected twists and turns that'll keep you guessing. The pacing is impeccable. What truly sets this series apart is the depth and complexity of DCI Anna Tate's character. Carter skillfully weaves in her past heartbreak, adding layers to her personality and motivations. Kirman brings Anna to life with her engaging performance, conveying the character's emotions and determination.
