I seriously thought the narrator was a robot. It's difficult to listen to. I haven't listened to many Audible books, now I know to check reviews about the narrator. You'd think Amazon could afford better voice talent.

Really, the narrator ruins this

I love this story. The narration is good until the narrator tries doing voices of other characters, especially the English, Scottish, and upper class Boston males. As the main character, the narrator is good, and even as an English woman she is tolerable. That being said I don’t think any single person of any gender could do Aunt Dimity justice.

Great story.... narration lacking.

This was a delightful story and I look forward to reading more of the series. The narrator was talented but I was a little tired of the multitude of accents. I listen to novels because it’s easier than reading for me but I don’t expect a play. One or two key voices is fine

Looking forward to more

the narration was choppy, almost robotic. Bill's character was the worst. pronunciation was off on many words.

Clean, warming, comforting.
I expected more drastic of a reason for Dimity's guilt. Still good.
