Sometimes, it takes a pawn to dethrone a queen.

When Aurora Hedvige is bitten in New Orleans, her problems are only just beginning. But she isn’t in a position to complain.

Carver Marceau is Kresova, an ancient race of vampires ruled by a deadly queen bent on keeping her reign at all costs. Carver believes Aurora is one of the Drias, the first of three fated harem queens destined to return the balance to the Kresova.

As new allies are formed and the other consorts of Aurora’s harem are found, it’s a race against the clock as they battle against Queen Morana and her followers to protect the future of the Kresova vampires and Aura’s heart.

A rising queen. Three handsome consorts. A deadly court full of intrigue. And a prophecy formed by fate.

I have to be honest, I can't give less than 5 stars because the author has done a great job on pretty much everything but there is a downside at least for me, this is supposed to be a reverse harem so I was intrigued to see the other side and know what they felt but it killed me the fact that there is only feelings involved on this main character, there is only love making and no fucking, no passion, no oral or anal or anything other than vaginal sex, on top of that there is not enough description of the act just description of the feelings involved. then it turns out there on harem at all, I hat to stop at the middle of the second book as it lost the appealing for me because everything was a description of what she is feeling and not actually actions going on.

I guess this history is more for people that like drama over action and love making over fucking. I am not against that but when is only that and don't mix it with variations of other stuff it loses me, I like more histories where you can find at least a little of everything and not just one thing.

if you are the romantic type that doesn't care about kinks, this definitely is your book.

pretty good history and details
