When his crew is called out to an unconscious person, he's surprised to find that the patient is Autumn, the girl from the group home who motivated him to overcome his circumstances, to become something, the girl he'd hoped to marry until she vanished after graduation.

Autumn isn't the same girl he's dreamed of all these years, but his love didn't die with her disappearance. He trusts that God brought her back into his life, and he's finally able to give her the stability, the home and family they both so desperately crave.
