Avalon Academy rules: spy on your enemies, resist temptation, and try not to die in the process.

As a bookseller, Nia saved up for years for her dream vacation—drinking champagne on a beach with her favorite books. But her dream turns into a nightmare when she's kidnapped by a muscular, tattooed jerk of a fey named Raphael.

Yes, kidnapped.

It turns out Nia has a magic power, and Raphael demands that she train at Camelot's elite academy for spies. Raphael is hellbent on revenge against an evil Fey king, certain that Nia's powers can help. But Nia is in way over her head—asthmatic and out of shape. She'll be lucky to get out of there alive.

Still, there's no escape when Raphael is watching her every move. He's lethal, dangerous, and hot as hell. When they're sent on a dangerous missions together, he becomes harder to resist. Touching him is playing with fire. Is she ready to get burned?

A fae romantasy for fans of ACOTAR, Fourth wing, and enemies-to-lovers fantasy romance.

If you want something fun and interesting to read, something that isn't a big downer, with characters you can get behind, this is your Book! A slow burn fantasy romance that neatly fold old lore with new surroundings.

A good new take on Camelot but with Fae

Loved the book, and loved listening to the GraphicAudio version. All the voice actors were amazing.

Fantastic

I can not believe this version of the book was produced by Graphic Audio this is one of there worst production that they have created in my opinion which is really surprising. The main MML was the worst cast narrator. his voice and performance did not at all match the character and in my opinion deeply damaged the feel and connection to the story. The original Audio book with just a female narrator did a better job voicing the MML narration than the Graphic audio version. She has a deeper male voice tan the Graphic audio Male narrator for the MML had. The actor they used has a very nasally high pitched voice and comes off more as very Entitled villain than the main heart throb for the FML. Also his performance was so unemotional that it was very hard to relate to him even during the scenes that you are supposed too. Then the second really bad decision that Graphic Audio made was they cut very large important scenes from the script that I feel was very important for the story and they did this alot through out the story. I can understand taking Unnecessary parts out for simplicity but this was even a whole chapter and just really important context and information for understanding the story if I did had not followed along with this book and pause and read the parts missing I would have missed important plot points to the story. I got so frustrated with the Graphic audio version that I bought the original audio book version to re listen to parts to compare and I was shocked at the lack of quality and enjoyment with Graphic audio version compared to original and the original is cheaper. As for the story it self it really is an amazing Romantacy with just as much plot as romance being good. Honestly they only reason I was able to finish this book was because the story it self was one of my top reads this year that kept me engaged even tho the aduio book was so horrible. Hope this helps.

Amazing story! Horrible casting for narration and editing scenes by Graphic Audio!

There are so many parts that are missing, entire scenes, especially with the Talen, Maybe it was edited it to make it one audio book instead of the usual two for dramatized versions

Many parts of the book are missing 😩
