Through heartbreak, rebirth, and the courage to love beyond limits, I found my voice — in poetry, in nature, and in truth. Awakening is my story of opening the heart to ethical non-monogamy, self-discovery, and feminine empowerment. Each poem became a mirror reflecting strength, sensuality, and the beauty of authentic connection.

As the creator of the Three Shades of Grey podcast, I continue to share stories that challenge expectations and celebrate love in its many forms. In this audiobook, my words and voice come together like flowers in bloom — soft yet powerful, raw yet healing.

Let Awakening remind you that freedom in love begins with the courage to be fully yourself.

Every word in Awakening was written in real time — through tears, laughter, and the quiet moments of becoming. I invite you to listen not just with your ears, but with your heart, and let these poems guide you toward your own awakening

This audiobook truly stands out because of the author’s voice. Pinky’s narration is calm, warm, and grounding. It gently carries you from poem to poem, never making you feel rushed. This creates an intimate and intentional listening experience that suits the material perfectly.

While the book discusses open and poly relationships, it ultimately tells a larger story about self-discovery, personal freedom, and learning to live on your own terms. You don’t need to know about ethical non-monogamy to relate to it. The themes of reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and letting go of expectations resonate with everyone.

The poetry is honest and reflective, sensual without being excessive, and emotionally grounded. As an audiobook, it excels—this is something you can enjoy while walking, resting, or taking some quiet time for yourself, and it still has a deep impact.

If you want an audiobook that feels soothing, thoughtful, and quietly empowering, especially one that’s best experienced through the author’s narration, this is a meaningful choice.

I’ve been listening to this during my walks or in the car. When I’m in doubt about something, when I need to remind myself who I am as a woman and how real the power I have to make the best out of everything in my life is. It’s a kind of mantra that boosts and lifts up… like therapy.

Helpful affirmations we need to hear often

This collection of poetry flows so smoothly that it almost reads like a book. As a man I found it very satisfying to hear how empowered Pinky was from her experiences with ENM and polyamory. It gave me valuable insights and guidance into the concepts of non-monogamy. It also clearly Illustrated to me the importance of first doing the work of understanding who I am as a prerequisite to the experience of exploring love and romance with multiple other people. And... spicey, yeah some really Seggsey poems with the grand finale being that last poem called My Goddess. That one had me standing at attention! ❤️❤️❤️

Empowering, insightful, and spicey!
