Commissioner of Corrections continues work to improve the City Justice Center

Nate Hayward is the Commissioner of Corrections for the City of St Louis. He joins Chris and Amy as he addresses the facility's needs, including cleaning and painting areas of the building. He says that he's still working on adding staff.
