City Alder wants changes and enforcement to stop 'street takeovers'

St Louis City Alderperson Anne Schweitzer joins Chris and Amy. She's pushing to improve the large intersections in the city of St Louis where some so-called, 'street takeovers' have happened. They include vehicles doing 'donuts' and burnouts in the streets along with hundreds of people. Have curfews worked? She also weighs-in on a possible 'pause' in data center applications.
