I like this audible. I had it once, years ago, but it anyhow got donated, so now that we own a place, I have repurchased I love how it confirms how much you can improve, even if you live on just 1/4 of an acre. A lot of good, starter knowledge is in The Backyard Homestead. I recommend this work for anyone requiring to get excited about homesteading!

Perfect for a beginner gardener

I bought this audible at the recommendation from a friend who has her vegetable garden. First, I checked it out at the library to see if it would be useful to me and got so enthusiastic about gardening that I decided to buy it. I had never gardened here in Virginia. I grew up in Colorado wherever gardening is a request. One of my childhood chores was weeding a garden that never presented a single vegetable.
