Couldn't get past the narrator

The narrator sounds so bored! I couldn't listen for more than 10mins. Can't rate the story accurately since I couldn't continue, but please make sure you sample this book before purchasing.

Very nice story Good narration

This was a nice story about a woman who was successful from the beginning. That was a nice change. I would recommend listening. Though there were a few small parts where it could have been edited to fix, the narrator had a nice sweet, soothing listen-to voice, If you can get past the editing imperfections, it's a nice story to listen to.

Entry level Author and Narrator

I had a hard time determining how I felt about this book.
The author lacked including many details making transitioning from scene to scene difficult to follow. I really liked the story and where it was going. With what was written I definitely like the leading lady and could feel her struggle. Secondary characters were also developed well. I wish we heard more about her high school crush. He seemed to be an afterthought and wasn’t well developed.

Narration! I don’t even know where to begin. I normally listen to books at a speed of 1.2-1.5. This book I had to more it up to 1.7 as the narrator was SO slow. You could also hear the changing in clips of recording. One min she sounded fine and then the next it was very echoey.

Neither the Author or Narrator made me want to turn off the story but it just took some time to get adjusted to the book.

It was ok

Rebecca held on to a fantasy of a life with Kade a guy from her past and wouldn't move forward. Kade returning allowed her to see that the felt nothing for him. She took a chance with Jason, a much younger guy who is her employee.
Narrator did a good job.
