B. Dylan Hollis is a joy to watch on YouTube. While he's not nearly as unhinged here, the charm and articulate nature is definitely there. Hollis has a voice made for audiobooks! A very intelligent gentleman who is a wizard with his "half baked" words and makes!!

First cookbook I’ve listen to

Dylan does such a wonderful job at reading his cookbook. I have both now and don’t often make his recipes but read. He’s one of the most interesting people to watch

Dylan is as charming as a narrator as he is in person/on the screen. I would recommend not only the audio-book but a hard copy as well to flip through while listening to his take on American vintage classics from across the states!
