I'm so glad the author Mary Lenaburg narrated the book since it's such an honest and genuine memoir. You'll be encouraged by her relatable account of where she has been and what she has learned from life's challenges. Even though I don't share many of the same types of life experiences she recounts, she identifies and defangs many of the common underlying fears and beliefs (or lies) that keep many people stuck in unproductive patterns.
