Be Calm is a very good guide. It is a wonderful way to understand anxiety and what needs to be done to overcome at anxiety that can get in everybody’s way.

Very practical & actionable

It is worth a listen and I believe it is well intended. A good perspective and refresher to be mindful and exercise. Also good resource List. I haven't checked them yet but I hope they are current. One area that wasn't discussed was the importance of play. I was exhausted listening to how much I would have to practice to overcome anxiety and find peace. I couldn't wait to get done with the book and color. One point that I took away is to give up eliminating anxiety. For me that could turn out to be a big step in living life more fully.

listening to the audio book I was reminded how to handle certain situations I would say this is a good book if you want to remind yourself that you can handle things also good for people who feel they have anxiety or are anxious
